Ryan supports The Clifford Group’s investment management efforts, with a focus on portfolio management and investment research, as well as trade execution. He is committed to delivering exceptional service and results to TCG clients. His work is centered on helping the firm evaluate investment opportunities, manage client portfolios, and execute the day-to-day responsibilities that support a disciplined investment process.  Ryan is also responsible for managing The Clifford Group’s Seasonal Associate program.

Prior to joining The Clifford Group, Ryan served for more than four years in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer. During his Army tenure, he held several leadership positions and led operations in Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, the Republic of Korea, and across the United States. He was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas as a member of the 1st Infantry Division—the renowned Big Red One.

A native of Stamford, Connecticut, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, baseball, and cheering on Boston College athletics. He lives in Boston, MA with his wife.

Ryan passed the Level I CFA exam in August 2025.
