Damian Lo Basso
Director of Finance
Damian oversees and manages all financial aspects of The Clifford Group.
With more than 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Damian brings deep expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic operations. Prior to founding Compass CFO Solutions, he led the finance and accounting teams at Dynasty Financial Partners, a leading platform provider for RIAs. He later served as Vice President at the alternative asset management firm CoVenture. Damian began his career in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank Securities.
Damian regularly speaks at industry conferences on key market trends, optimizing firm operations and M&A, and is a contributor to Forbes and various wealth management publications. He has a degree in accountancy from Providence College where he also played on their Division I soccer team.
