Participants in The Clifford Group Seasonal Associates Program delve into the various components of the business through project-based work and engagement with our financial advisors, investment, and operations teams.

We are dedicated to assisting TCG Seasonal Associates on their journey to financial literacy. Our program gives TCG Seasonal Associates a path to learn both about wealth management, and the responsibilities of being a young working professional. The Clifford Group provides participants with the opportunity to augment their studies or already existing professional experience with unique exposure to business development, financial planning, investment oversight, compliance and operations.

At TCG, we believe that students can gain meaningful insight through hands-on experience. Our program provides select candidates with real-world exposure to financial advising through participation and contribution to the mission and processes of The Clifford Group. Our goal is to ensure this immersive experience provides candidates with the foundational tools necessary to achieve success in their future professions, as well as in their own financial lives.
